Good Morning!
In order for you to utilize Document Attachments feature (as you described) in Maximo:
1. Configure the Maximo instance for Document Attachments.Configuration comprises of creating document repository (with sub-directories), changes to HTTP Server settings and configuration in Maximo (as maxadmin) 2. With successful configuration in (1), you can attach documents to records in Maximo apps (WO, Asset,...) or to the Document Library
3. Maximo allows you to save many filetypes as attachments including images.
