Hi Everyone,
We are trying identify how a single user can work on two different organization in the Maximo.
Lets we have two Organizations ABC & XYZ defined in Maximo. If a user who is registered in ABC organization, be able to work in XYZ organization. Which things can be shared in both the organization and which things needs to be redefined. Can anyone help me out in this matter.

Our current configuration has 17 organizations. A user can work in any
organization provided he has the necessary rights to access the sites in
their security group settings.
Several tables are shared across all organizations (User, Person, Person
Group and Service Requests are examples) and Sets can be created for Items
and Companies. These sets can be shared by multiple organizations.
Look at the multi-site documentation, it provides some guidance on how to
configure and what data is shared between organizations and sites.
