The message is a time out of the http server. You can extend the
amount of time before the timeout. There is more information at

Alternatively you just refresh the browser every couple of minutes
until the load completes.
If you have access to the server you can watch the resource monitor
there to see when the activity goes down as the load is completed.
If you want you can setup the the external system and end point with
the same object structure and import there.
