Re: [MAXIMO List] Check box in an Activity

From: Shirley Velez (2014-01-23 16:19)

I only need one of the check boxes marked, either Yes, No or N/A. But I
need the other activities to inherit what I chose in the first one. My
client has some job plans with 100 activities and they need to save time if
they are sure all the activities were completed.

You understand that a checkbox cannot be "N/A", or null, correct? It is
boolean, it is either Yes or No, no inbetween.
Assuming that is okay you need an automation script on the attribute launch
point for the first check box that, based on the value chosen, sets or
unsets the others.

You need an ALN field (not YORN) with a domain on it of the three values.
Then set up an automation script or escalation (run once) that duplicates the values into the activities.  Once values are populated, they can be modified if needed.
