Try checking your data file, if you are using CSV some special characters
does not transform in their exact form or they get lost during export and
import process. Similar problem I had was with 1/2 and 1/4 which were
converted to different characters and Maximo failed on data load.
Open your file in Notepad++ and try to look for funky characters.
