Using {0} in the label of table title ( {0} is not replaced)

I created 2 tables through application designer. One table to display
the Hazards and the other table to
display the precautions associated with that Hazard.
For the title of the 2nd table which displays precautions for the
selected Hazard in table 1, I am using the label as " Precautions for
{0} " ( with out quotes )
I set the title attributes as "hazardid"
But the table title is not displaying the Hazard Id, but a raw text "
Precautions for {0} " . I want {0} to be replaced with the Hazard that
is selected. I see the same functionality working in work order
tracking application > safety plan tab.
Any one know how to customize the table title ? Appreciate any advice.

Maximo 6.2.6
weblogic
oracle

Got it working, I need to use some thing like below
