I haven't done it from the MIF, but I've written a custom class called by an escalation that does that. NTLM is very poorly documented (Microsoft is not so much into open standards) so there is a lot of trial and error involved. This also requires adding some libraries to Maximo and updating the EAR build configuration so some (not a lot) knowledge of ANT is also required.
