I am looking for your help , i have a case in my business , in our industry
we have a scraps comes out from operation , the finance want to track that
scrap balances as we sell it every period to external suppliers
what do you suggest for this case and what could be the procedure for
increasing the scrap balances and withdraw it from the stock

You could create an internal company. Then create a PO to purchase the material into an inventory. When you are ready, issue the items to the external supplier.
