When using native authentication web services are, by default, deployed with no security, as such they can be used with no authentication. After securing them by changing the settings in the ejb file the documentation states that an HTTP header must be included called MAXAUTH with a base64 encoded username:password as its value.
Does anyone have an example of this that works in a Soap XML for posing from say SoapUI? I tried adding it to the soap header but still get a response saying no credentials were supplied. I'm not sure if is is new... There are very few mentions when googling around, several references to needing MAXAUTH but no actual examples.
