Database refresh of environment with PROD data

Hi
Has anybody got a process to refresh a TEST database with PROD data on sql server 2005 using Maximo 7.1.1.8
I found this document

but \ibm\SMP\scripts\propertyExport.bat file does not exist
Is there another way to export the Maximo System Properties in the MAXPROPVALUE database object
