Hi All,
I have a user when he login into Maximo and Click GoTo and select a Module, the applications are not displaying. (For Ex: When the user Click GoTo-->Assets (all the applications in Assets module are not displaying)). Maximo version is 6.2.1 and the user is using IE 6.
The same user when he logon on a different computer, all the applications are displaying. Any of you have experienced the same issue and let me know what are the settings that I have to change.

Hi - this is probably due to the Microsoft Internet Explorer updates KB2497640 & KB2530548. You need to either remove these & block them from re-installing, or install the IBM hot-fix to prevent this.
