Does any one know where these are stored? I have been setting them up in DEV and later is see the portlets are there, but not configured.
Startcenters are stored to SCTEMPLATE table (But the template is stored as xml).

Thank you. I see the .xml and it references the query owner. I had to change the query owner, via backend, and it seems to have caused the problem of the portlets being there, but not being configured. Do you think that sounds logical?

The templates are stored in SCTEMPLATES , the configurations are stored in
SCCONFIG.
