Does any one know how to make the workflow inbox filterable so a user can filter for a certain workorder? I have many users in a persongroup team and when a uer logs on there can be hundreds of workorders in the workflow inbox. Thanks for your insight.
There are some more complicated ways, but the easiest way I've found is to change the task description to include it. So in your Task node, set the description for the assignment to something like "Review and Approve WO# :wonum".
You can use any attribute from the record, however, keep in mind you're limited to the description length (which you could increase if you need to), so don't go crazy and add tons of fields, or you might get errors related to field length.
Good Luck!
