We have been partially succesful to implement LDAP authentication for our current Maximo users. However we are not able to make it work for new users who are added to EDirectory to authenticate to Maximo 6?
We're running v6.2.6 on BEA WebLogic / Oracle. We're using Novell eDirectory in the rest of our environment but, of course, IBM only supports Microsoft Active Directory on Maximo 6. Anyone who can help0 us with this...Thanks!

What if I use a directory other that Microsoft Active Directory or IBM Tivoli Directory Server?
These are the only supported directories
By modifying a class file and the xml mappings in the cron task instance integration with other directories
such as Oracle, Sun and Siemens has been implemented through services and partners at several
customer locations.
no current roadmap for extending support to additional directory platforms.

Does they synchronize after a reboot? did you tryied to elevate the log
level on LDAPsync cron task?
