Seems you could just use Maximo Everyplace could provide the same functionality (and more) if you need to constantly be in a connected environment. I am not sure if Maximo Everyplace can utilize the barcode scanner on a device though.
Otherwise, EZMaxMobile looks like a really nice, clean design.

It is easy to install and maintain. The out of the box version is very serviceable, we had changes made to match our business processes. I have never tried Maximo Mobile nor Datasplice.

We are currently testing Everyplace on iPads. It doesn't have the camera barcode functionality (we are using a seperate bluetooth barcode scanning device), and you cannot upload an attachment (picture) to a workorder. Otherwise, Everyplace is OK so far. Easy to customize and such.
The EZMaxMobile interface definitely looks better and easier to use for phones.

We use ezmaxmobile on all our iOS devices and our field guys love it. From my standpoint it is an easy setup and a breeze to support. The vendor is great too!
