Hello all:
A user has asked me the following, and I don't know the answer (or probably don't remember from training): In work order module, when a user has a work order displayed on the Work Order Tab, if this user clicks on Select Actions > Create > Change... what exactly is being changed?
When asked this, I had the 'dear in the headlight' look because I don't remember ever using this!
Our system:
Maximo 7.1.1.5
Websphere 6.1.0.19
Oracle 9i

Nothing is being Changed, but they are creating a Change Record from the
Workorder for the Change Management Application
