maximo 5.2/actuate "Your session has timed out"

We moved our maximo 5.2 to another server but I must of missed something with the actuate.
Customer reports that he can not convert work orders into pdf in Maximo. He gets "Your session has timed out" when he try to convert using the button. He can't print work orders or assign work orders. Already tried restarting his PC.
We have Maximo 5.2 using Weblogic and Oracle.
Any clues? It's been a number of years since I had this error and cannot find my notes on it. Of course I cannot find anything on the IBM site either.
Any help would be appreciated!

Try this : update maxgroups set actuateinsync='N'  and restart the Server
