After spending 3 weeks navigating IBM's support infrasturcture and communicating with numerous staff worldwide, an IBM employee informed me they could no longer legally distribute installation files for Maximo 6.x. He kindly suggested I join this group and ask if someone could send me the installation files.
Here is my situation. I recently took over system management of our Maximo installation. The servers were setup about 4 years ago by a consultant and we do not have the installation files. We need to upgrade the RAM on our server and this requires a full rebuild of the server. We are currently running 6.2.6 and are not ready to upgrade to 7.x.
If anyone could help me obtain the 6.2.6 installation files, I would really appreciate it. We are fully licensed, we just don't have the installation files.
