I would like site to be auto filled when a work order is generated in the SR application. I am planning to use Escalation, any alternate solutions are also apprecited.

We have 6 sites, when a user creates a work order, the siteid should be filled in the SR app, the sr.siteid should be same as workorder.siteid.

Create a crossover SITE2WO when a workorder is generated, this Crossover will automatically fill in the Site of your SR record on the workorder record siteid field.

We have a crossover TICKET2WO : Create WO from Ticket and I added SITEID in the Source and Destination field. Still the siteid is not populating when a wo is created in the SR application.

Kindly note the below points to verify.
1. Is Cross over listed on the domainid field of Workorder.siteid or any other field like in database configuration ?
Also , Kindly note that TICKET2WO crossoverdomain crosses over from TICKET object and not SR object. Here, as you mentioned that you want the sited id from SR.SITEID and not TICKET.SITEID.
Please create a new cross over domain from where OBJECT must be SR in the domain and the validation where clause will be of the relationship "RELATEDWO".
Please let me know in case of further concerns.

Hi Victor,
I created a domain 'site2wo' and the object I selected is 'SR' and the where clause I used is 'orgid=:orgid and siteid=:siteid and wonum=:relatedreckey and woclass=:relatedrecclass and siteid=:relatedrecsiteid' and under the crossover fields for the source and destination fields I used 'Siteid'.
Let me know the where clause and source,destination fields I used are correct or not.

Sorry for the confusion and delay. Please modify the Cross Over domain as follows :
XOVR name : SITE2WO
OBJECTNAME : RELATEDRECORD
WHERECLAUSE : recordkey=:wonum and class=:woclass
SOURCEFIELD : RELATEDRECSITEID
DESTINATIONFIELD : SITEID
Put this domain on an attribute of workorder from where it can be triggered while creation of workorder.
