Hi All,
We are planning to upgrade Maximo, My question is to upgrade for ver 7.1 or 7.5.
1) We do not want the actuate reports to be migrated to BIRT, which ver of maximo 7.1 or 7.5 supports actuate reports.
2) We are using Syclo Work manager 6.2 and planning to upgrade to Syclo Smart Work Manager 7.0, does the syclo Work manager 7.0 support maximo ver 7.1 or 7.5
Any feedback is appreciated.

What version are you on now?
We are on 7.1.1.6 and I'm plannign to upgrade within the year to 7.5.x.
I would go to version 7.5 if I were on 6 and earlier. When we upgraded 7.1.1.6 was the version available. If 7.5 had been available we would have used it.
IBM and Syclo can answer about compatability but you are eventually going to have to upgrade to 7.5 or higher anyway.

My suggestion would be not to try to use whatever upgrade path they give you when upgrading Syclo but to use a fresh install and re-introduce any changes you may have made to the Syclo project into a new OOTB project file. You'll lose less hair. No idea on their support for 7.5 but you could always send an email to support@syclo.com.
