We are going to start using Service Requests. As part of this we will be using escalations to send out notices, since we will no longer be printing! I am trying to decide which approach to take on the escalations. I am deciding on whether to make as few escalations as possible and use escalation points as possible. Or Use individual escalations with single escalation points, even if there can be a sequence. I am just wondering if there are any strong opinions either way? This is in Maximo 7.5.
