Hi did you ever get this accomplished? I have cloned wotrack and need a pushbutton on wotrack to go to a wotrack clone and open a new record.

Can you guys use hyperlink ?
I believe push button should work the same way, only thing is you will have to write an event and attach the event to that push button.

I have added a pushbutton to the WOTRACK screen in the appdesigner, menu type is NONE, Event is CREATEWO. This creates a workorder, but I need it to go to a clone of wotrack first and then create a workorder.
I'm not getting anywhere with the hyperlink idea. I've set up simple hyperlinks containing a URL and that's it.

Joan just shooting from the hip here as I don't have access to Maximo at
this moment...I think you can use a workflow interaction node to do what you
want. You will need to set a workorder=:workorder relationship to your
wotrack clone and use that in the interaction node, then I think you can use
the action field in the interaction node to run the createwo action. Then
set your pushbutton to run the workflow. You should be able to query this
group's archives to see how to do that if you don't already know how.
