In 5.2 I had scripts to drop records from workflow so I could route then into a new workflow version. It was based on workorder.wfid and workorder.wfactive. In v7 I'm not sure where to begin! Has anyone out there had this pleasure? I have several hundred records to drop and re-route! Ouch.
Hi Joan,
In Maximo 7.1, you have an option to stop workflow in the records' select action. You will be able to find these fields in these two tables :
1. WFINSTANCE(WFINSTANCE.WFID, WFINSTANCE.ACTIVE)
2. WFASSIGNMENT(WFASSIGNMENT.WFID)
