Hi to all,
First of all let me setup the architecture that i am dealing with:
Windows 2008 server
Oracle 9 database
Maximo 5.2 Patch 9 (spanish language)
Websphere 7, cluster environment setup
Actuate7 SP2
Ok now the problem... Maximo works fine, but when clicking on the Reports (to get reports listing based on the apps), the second IE browser popup windows shows up but loop endlessly without showing not listing at all of any apps.
I can tell that the report structure and iServer is working properly because i can connect with acadmin (port 8900) with out any problem and view all the ROD files (request pages and reports).
I have made several tests and done different scenarios without any succes... Any hints would be appreciate.
I know, we are dealing with a weird setup here, but we are in transition to 7.5 and we need to get our hardware\software refresh.Have any one had issues like that or similar.
