I know this should be cleaned up, but I'm not sure where they are stored.
Assuming we're talking Maximo 6 with Actuate. . .
1. Log in to the Actuate console (http://<servername>:<port>/acadmin)
2. Click the rpt folder
3. Click the folder that the report is run in -- usually, BUT NOT ALWAYS, the folder you are looking for will be the same as the short name of the application, like reports for Purchase Orders will be in a folder called PO. To truly find the right answer, find the report in the Report Administration app in Maximo and see which Report Folder it runs in.
4. If you are looking for a report, click the Reports folder, then the roi folder. If you are looking for queries, click the Queries folder then the doi folder.
