Hi guys: I have a client that has just replaced an asset, but is using the same asset # for the new one. This is creating a problem with the PM, since the meter rollover is really designed for a meter replacement, not the asset replacement. Can anyone share their steps to re-setting the PM for cases where they've replaced the asset?

Hi,
We don't let them reuse the same asset number. We'll have the original as asett 123 then the replacement as 123-A.
That way the history is kept for the old asset separate from the new asset.
Then we create a new meter for the new asset.
