When viewing a report in DHTML and clicking on the "print" link, a new window opens with the report as a PDF file and a printer dialog box opens (the dialog box appears to be the IE browser print dialog). However, the report will not print from this dialog. After closing that dialog and clicking on the Acrobat print button, a new printer dialog box opens (an acrobat version) and the report prints fine. How can I either make the first print dialog work or suppress it?
Apparently on IBM's website there is a hotfix for but we cannot find it.
Can anyone please help ?
