Has anyone had an issue with the menus not being displayed?
example: GoTo-->Configuration--> (workflow,database configuration,application designer,Escalations,Cron Task Setup,etc...)
On some of the users machines they can not see the menus...hmm.
This is becoming a problem and is spreading through out the all users.

Hi George,
Please check their security profiles and make sure they in the correct security groups to have access to those menus.

They used to be able to do it before and now they can't, so I don't know
what changed.

Are you sure there are no web browser compatibility issues? I know this has been issue in the past for some of the Maximo versions

Hi,
If you are running Internet Explorer then you either need to apply the Hot-Fix from IBM for this issue, or remove all of the following Internet Explorer updates from Microsoft, if they are installed. KB2497640, KB2530548, KB2539049, KB2586448.
The first one is the update that causes the problem, the rest are roll-up updates that include the original. NB you need to have administrator rights to the PC to do this.

Hi,
