If your workflow inbox list work order assignments and you click on one of those assignments, Maximo opens the WOTRACK application and displays the selected record. Most of us don't use WOTRACK, instead we use PLUSPWO (Work Order Tracking for Service Providers). Is there a way to have that application open instead? For that matter, how about other clones of the WOTRACK application?
I've looked through Workflow Designer and don't see any options there nor can I find anything in the Workflow Designer guide.
You might be able to take a look in the LIBRARY.xml and change that on the
XML level - I haven't tried it, but that's the first place I'd look.

In the work flow's task node that does the assignment, change the "app" field to the app you wish to open, so from WOTRACK to PLUSPWO.
