When at least 3 users run a custom BIRT report from within Work order Tracking (T&D) in Maximo 7.5, the report comes up completely blank for all users although there are results if they each ran it alone. Does anyone know why this is happening? Is the request timing out? Where do I set the timeout if this is indeed the issue? I am seeing many timeout system properties and I am not sure which is applicable.
