How active is your Core Team?
Aside from meeting every so often are they providing proper guidance forward for the Maximo system?
Ideal traits include:
„« Fair representation from all user groups
„« Adequate communication of decisions up and down the organization
„« Formal charter, plus what makes a quorum
„« Leader of meeting; sets agendas in advance
„« CMMS functional expert & power users in attendance; plus IT representative
„« Punchlist management; this punchlist NOT just software changes but also process & roles
„« Special attention to reporting issues, data issues, and network performance issues
„« Prioritization of punchlist items; assignment of priority actions
„« Documentation of system changes
„« On-going review of KPIs in support of goals and objectives
„« Reviewers of Business System Analyst discoveries
„« Core Team reports to Steering Team
