Time Zone Issue in Actuate 8.0

Hi,
We are using Maximo 6.2.2 with WebSphere 6.0.2,Oracle 9i and Actuate
8.0.
We are run the actuate report for 2 different time zones, how can I
setup the report to populate the correct time based on the time zone of
the user.
