The Senior Manager of O&M Applications will be responsible for
SunPowerÕs Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), fleet production
monitoring, and integrated SharePoint portal processes and systems. This
individual will have primary IT project leadership for Issue to
Resolution process areas (Manage Assets, Issue Detection, Problem
Identification, Plan of Action/Service Delivery, Resolution and Closed
loop feedback sub-processes), working closely with the key business
stakeholders to drive all aspects of business transformation and IT
support. To succeed in this role, you will possess detail-oriented
execution skills, overall business savvy, strong communication abilities
and a focus on service excellence.
