Can someone tell me how the amount used to compare to contract max is calculated?
I have a contract that has a $30,000 limit (allowed to exceed). Total for all release POs against this contract is $33,489, with $263.49 in WAPPR status (the PO I'm trying to approve) and $ 344.40 in CAN status = $32881.62 worth of prior releases against this contract.
When user tries to approve the current release PO get message "Approving this release PO will exceed the maximoum value of $30,000 USD of contract by $6,945.59 USD"
Where is it getting the $6,945.59?
Receipts and invoices total each $32,094.55.
Also, under the contracts view costs ... this shows values from the COSTINPUT non persistant table ... are these values just calculated on the fly? What are the calculations here? They don't match anything either.
