Maximo 7.5 - Service Level Agreements with een fixed time commitments

Dear All,
I am trouble to use SLAs on Workorders and Service request on with I like to define een fixed response and/or resolution time.
Example: a Service request made today should ultimately been responded the next day 11:00 hours. The same service request should ultimately been resolved two after at 18:00 hours.
Some help would be appreciated.
