How would you go about having the status of a SR mirror the status of a WO? We have an webpage that our customer uses to track the status of their SR. Once a WO is generated, there is no feedback to the customer to know the status of their SR until the WO is closed. I would like them to see some of the interim steps of the WO: inprg, wmatl, etc.
Current situation below.
SR Status 1.new, 2. queued 3.closed
WO Status 1. Appr 2. Inprg 3.complete 4. closed etc.

Add a new synonym to the SR status domain (2. queued can also have a synonym of Complete.)
Create an action that will change status on SR (or more than one if you have multiple synonyms on WO that you want to replicate on SR.
Create an escalation that checks for status change on WO. If there is a related record (or two or two hundred), call the action and change the status on the SR.
