Hi All,
I have a KPI as follows:
The percentage of WO's closed within a max of 3 days. The expectation is that > 90% of all comp wo's should be reviewed and closed with 3 days.
Any suggestion on how to built the kpi is appreciated.

So the expectation is that once a WO hits 'COMP' status it should be closed 3d later, correct? If so, how do you want to see the KPI information? See what % of WO's that hit 'COMP' status 3d ago are now in 'CLOSE' status and run this daily? Run a composite for a 7d period to see how well WO's have been processed and run this weekly?

You are correct, I want to see what % of wo that hit 'comp' status 3days ago and are now in 'close' status and run the KPI daily.
For the query I am thinking of using changedate or statusdate, any suggestion on the query is appreciated.

Here's a quick and dirty sql to get your count. Of course there are code improvements, but let me know if this is the number you're looking for.
select count(*) from workorder where status = 'CLOSE' and wonum in (
select wonum from wostatus where trunc(changedate) between trunc(sysdate-4) and trunc(sysdate) and status = 'COMP' )
