What is the best/easiest way to restrict a security group to only 1 wostatus. This group only has rights to 1 application. The status is a synonym of APPR.
Thank you, Mary

Best and easiest aren't always the same. ;-)
Easiest would be to add a conditional expresson on the WOSTATUS domain to check for the security group. If a person is in that sec grp, then no other available statuses would be available.
Is there a particular step in your work order management process that this group would use this status change?

Hi,
Are you trying to restrict the group to only see one status, or say they can only change to one status ?
The former could be done by adding a data restriction to the Security Group, and the latter by a domain change as below.

Thank you. I only wanted them to be able to see and change to one status so I used a data restriction - works great.
