I need to reinstall Websphere 6.1 for MXES 7.1 and need to know if there a way to do it around the deployment manager in Maximo. I was attempting to migrate WAS v6 to v7 and failed at it.
So, I uninstall the v7 components and it did something to my v6 environment and I could not get the WAS v6 services to start again. I then uninstalled the WAS v6 application server and now I need to reinstall it, but the deployment manager via the launchpad.exe tells me all components are installed.
Can anyone share there thoughts concerning this?
