HI all
I was looking at the IBM test site vertiosn 7.5 and I didn't see a field in the Tolls App for putting in an hourly rate or a cost for each. I saw the purchase price field on the vendor tab.
I used on the their exisitng records and put in 15000 for a Clark Forl lift as the puchase price.
When I put it on a job plan for 2 hours of use it showd the hourly rate of $2.40.
Am I missing something here?

Tool Rate is set by:
Go To > Inventory > Tools
Pull up the tool that you are interested in setting/checking the rate for.
Select Action > Tool/Organization Details
You can fill in a default rate and/or default GL Account by Organization.
This is where the rate is pulled from on the WorkPlan Tool tab.

Hi,
We have Maximo 7.1.18 and tool rate is defined in Tools>Select Action>Tool Organization Details. Hope this is still the case for 7.5.
