Hi,
I have a client that is using Maximo 5.2 and now we are updating Maximo workflow using Control Center. When I try to validate the workflow, it gives invalid user message.
In my development environment everything works and I have an account that just does workflow validation. But the production environment does not have this account.
I am wondering what user profile or permission should the account have, in order to successfully validate workflow.
I really appreciate your help. Being in Maximo 7 environment for quite sometime, I am now trying to remember Maximo 5.2 tricks :-)
