We are trying to configure MAXIMO V7.5 to work with Crystal Reports like we had with V6, but the configuration is completely different.
Thanks

We are using Crystal Enterprise with 7.5. IBM did completly removed support for Crystal on 7.5 that they included in 7.1. We had to modify \applications\maximo\maximouiweb\webmodule\webclient\utility\customreport.jsp to make the call to the viewrpt.cwr application on the Crystal Enterprise server.

Thanks for the information. I know it might be asking a bit much, but could you send me an example of the customreport.jsp that you customized to my email address? I would greatly appreciate the assistance.
