Does anyone know how to change the job plan's default behavior of numbering job plan tasks by 10s? I have a request to number by 100s.

This is just a guess - but I would look at the class that is attached to the jobtask.jptask field (psdi.app.jobplan.FldJobTaskJPTask).
The spacing is a carry-over from previous versions of Maximo - where there was not a sequence number in the jobtask table. At that time, spacing by 10 (or whatever) was good, as if you needed to add another step, you could add it half-way between the already existing tasks and they would sort in the order that you had the tasks listed. Now, you can use the sequence field and task 30 can come before task 20.

Not sure if it is the same for your version but in 6.2 it works this way
Go to - Administration - Organizations - select your organization then -
Select actions - Work order options - Site options.
You can then select the starting number and the increment by value.

HA...there it is. I went through each one of those options in the org app 2
times and somehow missed that both times. Probably because I was looking
specifically for the terms "job plan" or "job task". Thanks
