We have a Maximo 7.5.0.1/WebSphere system with remote users (servers are in FL, users are in CA). We are having a lot of issues that we believe is associated with the distance. We have been working with IBM that have asked us to bump up the Read timeout and Write timeout parameters in WebSphere.
I was just curious at what other Maximo 7.5.0.1\WebSphere systems have the Read timeout and Write timeout parameters set at. The path to these page settings in Websphere is:
Application servers > MXServer > Web container transport chains > HttpQueueInboundDefault > HTTP inbound channel (HTTP_2)
and
Application servers > MXServer > Web container transport chains > HttpQueueInboundDefaultSecure > HTTP inbound channel (HTTP_4)
for the secure port if you're using ssl.
