Hi, All,
Can anyone help me on this?
We use Maximo 7.5 with typical DEV, QA/TEST and PRD environment.
Recently since April 23, all of our support or developers experience
slow Maximo performance issues and errors as recorded by the Maximo log.
The main errors are highlighted in Red below. From the UI, we can not
complete actions such as saving an application change in Application
Designer or Work Order Tracking can not be opened with the mouse icon
busy for ever until it times out or show the error page.
These errors are more in our DEV and QA environments which use the
different schemas but in the same Oracle database.
We tried clearing local Browser caches/cookies/history and restarted
JVMs, HTTP webservers, it appears slightly better but not for long. The
issues continued.
IBM support suggested we disable the Asynchronous Validation feature
which we did. The errors as displayed below no longer show up. However,
the system become quite slow.
Our PRD environment behaves better since it has its own dedicated
server, Oracle Database. However, we occasionally experienced the same
errors which we also found in the PRD log.
We tried to recall the change we made. The only major change is the
Websphere plugin.kdb password expiration change we made.
Any help or advice is deeply appreciated!

We are also getting these UI Asynchronous errors both in the app designer and other places in the application. IBM's response has been to disable the 'mxe.webclient.async' property while using the application designer. They have also indicated that 7.5.0.3 will fix the issue in app designer. We are also on 7.5.0.1 detailed info below.
