Ok. So I clone the 'CREATESR' application. I need to make it a tab driven screen. I see that when I show all controls, there is a tabgroup with an unlabled tab that all of the 'CREATESR' guts sit in.
Perfect! I can just add a tab to that!
Wrong, it makes the entire application show a blank page with only the upper banner of the screen if I try.
Well, maybe this tab control that only shows up with show all controls is special since it doesnt show like all tab controls do... Lets try to add our own new tab control to the pre-existing application and drag all of the sections onto the tab. Nope! Everything on the screen except the tab control and its tabs are MIA when opening the application.
Hmmm... perhaps I should create my own self service application and model it off of exactly what I see in the CREATESR application! I DID IT! I HAVE MY APPLICATION ALL SET UP ON SEPERATE TABS! Lets give it a whirl and see how the new app works.... Oh... whats this...everything is readonly? I cant delete a list tab if I dont need it? What gives?
Can anyone help me figure out how to add a simple tab control to the CREATESR application without the world ending? MAX 6.2.7.

Don't know if this will help much, but I built a clone of WOTRACK that's tab driven (assuming we mean the same thing. . .I built it this way to kind of step people through the data entry. They go through a series of screens and the last screen reviews everything that was entered, and there they can submit the request).
Anyhow, what I did was leave the existing List tab as its own single solitary tab. Then inside that tab, I added a tabgroup with several tabs.
