My Active Purchase Requisitions

From: George (2012-05-07 19:13)

Hello everyone,
I have a user that has 3 old PR's on their start center 2 are 'CAN' and 1 is 'APPR'. They want them removed from their start center. I have gone to the specific PR clicked on select action-->workflow-->stop workflow, then I get a message box saying There are no active workflow processes to stop on the current record. hmmm ok...
I just want to remove them from the start center.
Anybody got some good ideas on how to remove them?

George,

This solution is for result set in start center portlets.

Edit their default query that is running behind the portlet. You can check
which query is running by clicking on the pencil icon, top-right-hand side
of the portlet window were this summary is showing. It'll be the Current
Query value.
Go to the application (Purchase Requisition in this case) and View/Manage
queries from the Save Query drop down.
Locate the Current Query value and edit if necessary to modify the results
set. - Note: You must be the same user that created the query to be able
to modify query (SQL update also works)
Click OK to close View/Manage Queries
