Issue with changing PO to cancel status.

Hi everyone I have some PO's that they want to cancel to create new ones for these, they had receipts complete and then they went back and did a return on all receipts to show 'NONE' so they could cancel the PO. But when they try to change status to 'CAN' it returns a message saying (Could not change PO status to CAN. Items have already been received for this purchase order.)
Does anyone know how I can cancel it for them so they can get new PO's issued?

You can't, unfortunately. The only thing you can do is Close them with a
note saying why.

Even though you've un-received all of the receipts, Maximo still won't let
the PO be cancelled.
