IBM Support Website - Maximo 7.5 Preview Site and Most other Support Broken...

From: David M (2012-05-31 13:51)

Anyone else notice that the IBM Website has recently broken for just about all Search Results.. I am getting :
Our apologies...
The page you requested cannot be displayed
For just about all things I had bookmarked and also search results in their own website...
Anyone know how to get to the Maximo 7.5 Preview Site now??? I links I go to are dead.....
How can a company this big have such a crappy web presence.. Unreal...
Google search results dead as well....
For example...
Every link in this list is dead...
https://www-304.ibm.com/dogear/html?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww-304.ibm.com%2Fsupport%2Fdocview.wss%3Fuid%3Dswg21499350&lang=en
These Bookmarks I had are dead now:
http://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21499350
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?rs=3214&uid=swg21313138&tcss=Newsletter
Putting "Maximo 7.5 Preview Site" in the Search results in dead links..
Come on IBM get your stuff together.. This is pitiful....

David,
I am not sure what's happening with the IBM web site links. I noticed a similar issue on the partner sites as well last week and reported it to IBM. Have not heard back.
If you would like a preview of Maximo 7.5, Projetech can set you up with your own user account for our Maximo 7.5 preview site. Let me know if you are interested.
Best Regards,
Julie Rampello

Julie,
Thank you very much for the offer. I was able to get a couple of my older VMs up and running to answer the questions I was having.
I am glad to know others are seeing same issue and that it has been mentioned to IBM... Thought it might have been just me ;-)
Thanks,
Miller

I have been having this issue since mid May.  Was told by IBM rep that their servers are down ... for at least two weeks?..   It's IBM .. doesn't say much for the reliability of their products or their support does it?

I had the same problem and I could access IBM support pages through Google cached versions of the webpages.
