Been struggling for a couple days now at following the Inventory Lifecycle in a Multi Currency environment and trying to see the impact of various currencies when you get to INVENTORY.
Maximo has the CURRENCYCODE on the PO and the PR tables and this is fine but once you get to the INVENTORY table the currency is nonexistent. It is not on the INVCOST or any other INV tables that I can find? It was on the MATRECTRANS table so I see it on the received side.
Can anyone enlighten me on inventory costs in a multi currency environment and how to deal with various currencies and the value of my inventory in my stock?
I see the currencycode come back to life in the INVUSE, MATUSETRANS, SERVRECTRANS and TOOLTRANSÂ…
Am I missing something here on how I know the value of my inventory based on buying it in one currency and having my system set with a different base currency? I hope I am missing something obvious?
